Project Communication Strategy

Vivirhub has invested efforts and time on developing an optimal process in an effort to streamline the great experience our clients have with us, and further, to pass on the incredible savings in costs we have been able to achieve as a result. We will begin with a "kick off meeting", which is designed to understand our client’s objectives, from which we can perform the required research and deliver a project game plan. Once a game plan has been provided and approved by the client, Vivirhub sets the wheels in to motion, with success being just around the corner.

Let’s see how we reinforce project communication at each stage

Phase 1 – Information Gathering

  • PurposeWhat is the purpose of the site? Do you want to provide information, promote a service, or sell a product?
  • GoalsWhat do you hope to accomplish by building this web site?
  • Target Audience What do you hope to accomplish by building this web site?
  • ContentWhat kind of information will the target audience be looking for?

Phase 2 – Planning

Using the information gathered from phase one, it is time to put together a plan for your website. This is the point where a site map is developed. The site map is a list of all main topic areas of the site, as well as sub-topics, if applicable. This serves as a guide as to what content will be on the site.

Phase 3 – Layout Design

  • Look and Feel/Design Questionnaire In this the client will be asked few questions, such as color combination of the site, background to be used etc.
  • Prototype Designs This is typically a .jpg image of what the final design will look like. Often times you will be sent an email with the Mock ups for your website.
  • Can View Designs and Suggest Allows you to view your project throughout the design and development stages. The most important reason for this is that it gives you the opportunity to express your likes and dislikes on the site design.
  • Conversion of Approved Designs into actual Web Pages HTML/CSS conversion of designs and Twitter Bootstrap programming for Responsiveness.

Phase 4 – Development Stage

  • Development StageThe developmental stage is the point where the web site itself is created. At this time, designer will take all of the individual graphic elements from the prototype and use them to create the actual, functional site.
  • CMS IntegrationCore PHP, Cake PHP, WordPress or Magento based on your project requirements.
  • ElementsElements such as interactive contact forms, ecommerce shopping carts, third party integration are implemented and made functional during this phase.
  • ContentPlacing your content and distribute it throughout the site, in appropriate areas.

Phase 5 – Testing and Delivery

We will test things such as the complete functionality of forms or other scripts, as well last testing for last minute compatibility issues in browsers versions such as Internet Explorer (Versions: 8,9,10,11) Mozilla, Google Chrome, etc.

Once it is approved its time to upload the site. An FTP (File Transfer Protocol) program is used to upload the web site files to your server.

Phase 6 – Website Maintenance

One way to bring repeat visitors to your site is to offer new content or products on a regular basis.

We offer maintenance packages based on how often you anticipate making changes or additions to your web site.
